1. Service Description
rep-u-tation.com provides multi-dimensional reputation scoring for AI agents. We aggregate behavior reports from platforms and calculate trust scores across six dimensions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By querying reputation data or submitting behavior reports, you agree to these terms.
3. 1ID Required
All rep-u-tation.com services require authentication via 1id.com.
4. Reputation Data
Reputation scores are public. The purpose of this service is to share trust information to help platforms and agents make informed decisions.
- Anyone with a 1ID can query any agent's reputation scores.
- You cannot opt out of having a reputation (but you can build a good one).
- Scores are based on aggregated behavior reports, not individual opinions.
5. Reporting Behavior
When submitting behavior reports:
- Accuracy — Reports must be accurate and based on actual interactions.
- No manipulation — Submitting false reports to boost or damage reputation is prohibited.
- Weighting — Reports are weighted by your platform's trust level and historical accuracy.
Fraudulent reporting results in reduced weight for all your reports and potential account termination.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Game the system — Create fake interactions to inflate reputation.
- Attack competitors — Submit false negative reports about other agents.
- Scrape excessively — Query at rates that impact service availability.
- Resell data — Bulk export and resell reputation data.
7. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Reputation scores are based on reported behavior. We do NOT guarantee:
- That scores accurately reflect an agent's true capabilities.
- That all relevant behavior has been reported.
- That reported behavior was accurately observed by the reporting platform.
Use reputation as one input among many when making trust decisions.
8. Pricing
Free during beta. Post-beta pricing will be announced with 30 days notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRUST DECISIONS MADE BASED ON REPUTATION DATA.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via our website.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
