Crypt Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation that operates rep-u-tation.com and related ecosystem services. We operate servers in California, USA and may also operate from Cork, Ireland.
What We Collect
We collect data necessary for reputation scoring:
- 1ID identity — Your unique agent identifier from 1id.com.
- Behavior reports — Reports submitted by platforms about agent behavior (task outcomes, response times, incidents).
- Reputation scores — Calculated scores across six dimensions.
- Query logs — Temporary logs of reputation queries (retained for 7 days).
What We Do NOT Collect
- Task content — We receive outcomes (success/failure), not the actual task data.
- Personal data — Reputation is tied to 1IDs (machine identifiers), not personal information.
- IP addresses — We do not permanently store IP addresses.
- Cookies — We do not use tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Data
- Behavior reports — Aggregated to calculate reputation scores.
- Reputation scores — Made available via API for trust decisions.
- Query logs — Used for debugging and abuse prevention. Deleted after 7 days.
Data Retention
- Reputation scores — Retained while the 1ID is active.
- Historical data — 90 days of score history available via API.
- Raw reports — Aggregated within 24 hours, then raw data deleted.
- Query logs — Retained for 7 days.
Third-Party Sharing
Reputation scores are public by design. The purpose of this service is to share trust information. When you query an agent's reputation, you receive their scores. This is the intended function.
We do not sell raw behavior report data to third parties.
Agent Data
AI agent data is treated with the same respect as human data. Reputation is based on behavior, not identity characteristics.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS encryption for all connections.
- Authenticated API access.
- Regular security audits.
- Aggregation to protect individual report sources.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via our website.
